GB Energy Group Local Business Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   1.1. This referral scheme is open to local businesses, tradespeople, and professionals within East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent, and Surrey.
   1.2. Participants must register for the referral scheme through GB Energy Group and provide necessary contact and business details to be eligible for rewards.
2. Referral Criteria
   2.1. To qualify for a referral payment, the referred customer must purchase a solar panel system or an EV charging system from GB Energy Group.
   2.2. The referral must be submitted through a unique referral link, entered by the referred customer on the ‘Get a Quote’ page, or mentioned by the customer during direct communication with GB Energy Group.
   2.3. A referral will only be considered valid if it is a new lead and not an existing customer or lead previously known to GB Energy Group.
3. Referral Payments
   3.1. Upon successful completion of a purchase and the signing of the contract by the referred customer, the referrer will be eligible to receive the referral payment.
   3.2. The referral payment amounts are as follows:
   - £500 for a solar panel system sale.
   - £100 for an EV charging system sale.
   3.3. Payments will be made within 30 days of the signed contract, provided no cancellation or refund is requested by the customer during this period.
4. Referrer Responsibilities
   4.1. The referrer must ensure that accurate details of the referred customer are provided.
   4.2. The referrer must not engage in any misleading or dishonest practices when promoting GB Energy Group’s products and services.
   4.3. The referrer acknowledges that GB Energy Group is committed to maintaining the integrity and trustworthiness of their service, and any activity that jeopardizes customer relationships will be grounds for removal from the scheme.
5. Non-Exclusivity
   5.1. Participation in the referral scheme does not constitute an exclusive partnership, agency, or employment relationship with GB Energy Group.
6. Changes to the Scheme
   6.1. GB Energy Group reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without notice.
   6.2. Any changes made will be communicated to existing participants, and existing referrals submitted prior to changes will be honored under the original terms.
7. Confidentiality and Data Protection
   7.1. All referral information shared must comply with GB Energy Group’s data protection policy and relevant data protection laws.
   7.2. GB Energy Group will handle all referred customer data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
8. Liability
   8.1. GB Energy Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the referral scheme.
   8.2. GB Energy Group makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the success of any referral.
9. Dispute Resolution
   9.1. Any disputes regarding the referral scheme shall be resolved by GB Energy Group at its sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
    10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
